Bibimbap!

I didn’t expect that actually. It was very tasty, the rice was actually well done and soft and fluffy, quite difficult to achieve in the air. The vegetables were crunchy, the beef not overdone… the only thing wrong was that the seaweed soup was a bit too salty, but that’s just nitpicking. In fact I would gladly pay to have this while on the ground, which is saying a lot for airline food.
