Lemote is the name of the company.
Loongson is the name of the CPU used to be called Godson.
Fulong is the name of the PC using the Loongson processor.
Both Loongson and Fulong are developed by Lemote.

Loongson is the new name of Godson, which is developed by Institute of Computing Technology, shorted as ICT(http://www.ict.ac.cn/en/index.htm).
You are quite correct; I should have been more specific. ICT is a department inside the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), while Lemote is a commercial arm of CAS, in charge of commercializing Godson/Loongson technology.
One more fact that I learnt from Tuesday’s BLUG meeting: Loongson is fabricated by STmicro.
