Hey bro,
want more examples of Brit’s using “Bloody”?
If you’ve seen or read any of the Harry Potter books/movies, you will see Ron Weasley saying “Bloody Hell” in one of his lines.
Winnie, did Colin and Alan find the ads offensive?
I doubt it. They are more “aussie” despite their British backgound
had some bible belt americans for dinner one night and they started praying after i explained this ad to them. bloody bible bashers.
Ah I noticed this ad is now on Hong Kong TV as well. I think the Chinese subtitles in the HK version perfectly captures what Aussies think of the word ‘bloody hell’.
