Why doesn’t IE support CSS2 font matching?! Why can’t I simply use ◀ anywhere (like this: ◀), without caring what the font-family of the current style is, and expect it to work? Why?! It goes without saying that it works fine in Mozilla.

BTW ◀ or U+25C0 is supposed to be a left-pointing solid triangle.
